    Hi everyone,

I was wondering does anyone know of a good family mediator whose services are free?

My husband & I are separating and we would like a 3rd party to help us.

    Thanks you!

Parish priest? Why would a professional do it for free?

Go to the Family Mediation Service. You both have to ring and ask for an appointment but it's free and the agreement can be used as the basis for a Separation Agreement. I imagine there's quite a long waiting list though.

    Info: http://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/birth_family_relationships/separation_and_divorce/family_mediation_service.html

If you need help, you can also contact your local FLAC. They have specialist family law clinics.

    Best of luck.
