I've an integrated headset which I changed recently due to the lower bearing being worn. It's a genuine Kuota headset, but having replaced it, it doesn't feel as free as it should while rolling the bars side to side while the front wheel is off the ground. I used grease when changing it. It feels about 90% right, but i'm not completely satisfied with it. Any ideas?

Did you tighten the cap down too hard before you tightened the stem maybe?

No I made sure not to overtighten anything. Maybe it will free out a bit with use.
