Oh how I hate UPS!

Is it routine for UPS not to want to deliver a parcel? I currently has a parcel sitting in Dublin since Friday morning. It only has to go 60 miles to South Wicklow. Friday they claim to have missed the package in the depot and would deliver Monday. Well guess what? They haven't delivered yet. Is there any way to kick them into doing their job or is the driver just going to keep avoiding my package until he has another job in my area?

What the hell is wrong with these people?

You haven't seen the "Delivery in a remote location. Delivery rescheduled" message yet? That's next! :D

Had them swear blind to me that they had called to the door. I was sitting by the window the entire time, and noone so much as drove up the road.

Might help if you complain to the company that you bought from, ups are more likely to listen to a paying customer.

There seems to be a trend with courier drivers to leave some things to chance , thats from my recent experience with ups and a few other well known couriers.

Some will try anything to create a short-cut .

I've had the same problem recently with them too. I rang customer service and they just took me details and got someone to call back with the "ah the driver never picked up your parcel you'll have it tomorrow instead" not good at all.

UPS finally delivered today. I was told by the driver they don't deliver to my area everyday so depending on when the package hits Dublin you could be left waiting a long time.

I just wish the likes of Amazon would not use them.
