If someone has done 2 years of an engineering degree, takes a year out, sees another degree course in a completely different field that they would like to do would they have to pay fees? Would they be entitled to the two years they did not use up?

If you start a new degree, you would have to pay full fees for the first two years because you have already had 2 years paid, you would be entitled to your 2 years you did not use up for your final 2 years.
