We booked a 5 day package holiday through lowcostholidays.ie. Was fairly reasonable too

I'd always do flight and accommodation separate as ryanair and aer lingus fly to both places.

Some of the aer lingus flights to Majorca are first thing, some are late night. For example, you can fly to Palma 7:30am on a Thursday and back at 11pm on a Saturday, so you get three full days. Plus booking two one way flights is no more expensive than a return, so you can fly out with ryanair and back with EI.

Both Majorca and Lanzarote have good resorts within a 30euro taxi ride of the airport as well, so there is an enormous amount if choice.
