Sick since I came home

    Ok I spent the last year in Australia and besides a week spell at christmas where I had the flu, I basically went the whole year without taking my inhalers besides before sports, since I came home 5 weeks ago Ive had the flu, every night I cough and feel terrible in the morning, the thing is I can train with no problem after taking my inhalers and its about 3 hours after training that my coughing starts again its really annoying me, any advice appreciated
