    Hi,

A friend of mine is on back to work allowance, and she's receiving payments directly to her bank account every Saturday.

She notified her current SW office of the new address (in Dublin city centre) a few days ego, she's received some paperwork, and was instructed to go to the new SW office (county Dublin) with the contract, etc.

She's just realised that she hasn't received a new payment. (She hasn't gone yet to the new SW office.) Is it possible that the payments are suspended until the change of address is finalized?

Probably the case. Your friend had best check with Welfare in the morning.

She needs to provide proof of address at her new location... e.g tenancy agreement or recent utility bill with her name on it and also provide proof of identity e.g passport.
