Systems and Networking question.

    Hey guys, I was wondering would anyone know if Systems and Networking would allow me to get into Game Design in second year? I need to know before Septempter so I can get in on the vacant places application. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

    Yes you can change stream after first year.

    Yes, All the computing programmes (systems and Networking, Software Development, Games, Web Development and Creative Media) have a common first year, you can change your specialism in year 2.

    Good as first year is an introductory year and you are not stuck with your CAO choice if you find you are more suited to a different area of computing.

    true, they introduced that in 2004, the year I started the systems and networking course. I changed to software in second year. lots of people changed around, a lot left software and went to systems and networking.
