No modem in computer

    Hi,

    I have a computer which has no modem, is it possible to get anything to connect it to the wifi in my house? Or what can I do??

    A pci, wifi card. Assuming the pc has spare PCI slots.

    A PCI slot is the type of interface slot which is found on the main pc board inside the case of your computer.
    The Wifi card you buy should be a card suitable to fit into a PCI Slot.

    If you're not comfy with opening the computer and fitting a wireless network card, you can buy a USB WLAN adapter. (If you have a USB port to spare) ;)

    First modem computers do not have modems , most have network cards, There two ways to get wireless, one add a PCI Wireless card , it is easy see the video below , or buy a usb wifi dongle .
