Do all networks in ireland have iphones on micro sims.? So if you buy a used iphone 4 locked to a network. How do you choose a new plan or make it pay as you go, do get a sim plan. But what if its sim free?

If it's locked to a network you can use any sim from the network whether it's bill pay or pay as you go

All iPhone 4's need a microsim, no matter what network you use. You can cut a bigger sim down to size, but it's simpler for most just getting a microsim from your network provider to replace the bigger one.
