I bought a Saab off them a few months ago, and it wouldn't have been presented as a main dealer would have, and it wasn't perfect. But I haggled hard as I wanted it, so for the price I paid, I'm happy. The car has been fine.

I would say treat it as you would a private sale, bargain hard, know what you're getting into, by inspection if necessary, caveat emptor, and it might work out well for you.

FWIW, I passed on a warranty (they do the Mapfre one...)

We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

Which car are you looking at?

Looking through their stock, a lot of them look like ex. lease so you should be able to get a full service history if you can find out who the original owner was.

Tbh, the day I collected mine, there was some very recent stuff in the yard - new model Audi TT, new model E-Class, etc., so I'm assuming a lot of that quality stuff would have fair provenance.

As other posters I would say very much treat like a private sale, get the car checked out before you agree anything or bring someone with you who really knows about cars. Don't expect any friendly post customer service. If I was buying again they would not be on my list nor would I recommend them to anyone I know.

    Be very careful op.

Lot of English imports and mileage changes have been known to have been done.

They were ok to deal with, pushy though. It was a Tradein i got, old, no warranty. Would only let a mechanic in to see it, wouldnt let me take it to my mechanic.

However they sorted a few things that we identified were faulty
