Recently got a nexus 7 and have decided to ditch the iPhone and get an android . I really like the os on the nexus 7 and I've read that alot of android phones come with the manufacturers bloatware. Are there any android phones running the same os as the nexus 7 that don't come with manufacturers bloatware?

Yep the phone with the firmware that matches the nexus 7 is the galaxy nexus

    http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_nexus-4219.php

Most of the operators have it on sale over here as do car phone warehouse

Note that it doesn't automatically come with jelly bean but you will get the upgrade to it from Google. This is a pure Google phone with no bloatware from samsung

Swapping from ios to android is the based mobile decision I have made. Congrats.

I'd recommend the galaxy s3 if you have the cash. If something cheaper the nexus us a cracker.

A lot of manufacturers come with their own launchers (Samsung - Touchwiz, HTC - Sense). You can download launchers from the market that make the experience much more like the stock launcher. I've an S3 from Vodafone. It has some Vodafone apps that you can't remove without rooting and it comes with Touchwiz. I've installed Nova Launcher and just hide the Vodafone apps in the drawer.

You could root to get the same experience but installing a Launcher takes about 30 seconds and is no risk at all. That's one of the beauties of Android. If you don't like something you can change it dead easily.
