Neil Armstrong "dead".

I was surprised to hear the staged news of his death. It reminds me of Bin Laden in some ways, the government obviously had him killed years ago but pretended otherwise for their own benefit. The question is what the US government stands to gain from this announcement, will they finally admit that the moon doesn't actually exist?
