Looking for some help here! I have an image that I need to add a grey strip across the bottom of it, like the one on this picture http://i.imgur.com/6ud16.jpg

Is there any tool online I can use to do this? Also need to add text as well.

All I know that you could use is the free image editing software called GIMP. You would draw a box at the bottom and change the opacity to 50% or whatever and then add text on top of that and save as tiff or high res jpg. But maybe there is simpler software out there to do the job.
