Hi all,

A friend of mine has got an interview for a customer care job. She doesn't have any call centre experience but would have dealt with customers over the years.

Can anyone give an idea of what questions are asked and some of those kick ass answers that they love to hear. :cool:

She has been out of work for a lonnnng time so we really want to prepare well for this. Fingers crossed!!
