Can anyone recommend a decent on for holding two mountain bikes?

I had been looking at minoura bike pit3, but can't see it around to buy online.

Other requirements:
It's going to be used on my balcony, so I like the idea of it being self supporting. Although free standing could be an option.

Having the bikes vertical standing saves space.

Needs to be weather proof.

I use wall mounted hooks like http://www.halfords.ie/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_11101_catalogId_15551_productId_525671_langId_-1_categoryId_212639, they seem to do the same thing as the unit you have shown, but of course need to be wall mounted. The only thing I would say is if you could find one with more of a hook, it might be safer in case of strong wind. (It would make it more difficult to put on the bike or take it off. I use them in a shed and think they are a great job
