Kickboxing/MMA clubs

    Anyone know of any kickboxing or mma classes/clubs around the Rosses or Gweedore areas?

    There was a guy called John (think it was John Boyle) who used to coach MMA from a garage gym in his house just outside Dungloe, which would probably suit you ... If he's still teaching.

    I don't have contact details for him, but you could e-mail John Kavanagh from SBG - he was an affiliate with them.

    Plenty of the local MMA scene are on boards and should know who's in your area if any. Jason McCabe runs Evolve MMA in Derry and is a member, and I think there's some lads from Rillion Gracie in Letterkenny too.

    Pretty sure he does still. Gracie in lk is a good shout too
