Problems with printer WiFi

    Hi

    I bought an Epsom Stylus SX235w a few weeks back. I dont usually print at home it was more for emergencies. It uses Wi-Fi from my laptop and that was all well and good when I had Sky broadband. I moved to Virgin a few weeks ago and now I seem to have lost Wi-Fi connectivity to the printer i.e. there is no connectivity. So basically I cannot print!

    Anyone any ideas?

    Did you change the router when you changed ISPs? You may have to configure the the printer again for the new router (printer menu > WLAN). And, if necessary, run the setup wizard on the laptop again.
