Thinking of buying a site to build a house. Found a perfect location that's almost 3acres but it's advertised for €75,000. It's been on d market for the last couple of years with a previous guide price of €125,000. Just wondering, what's the lowest price I can offer without being too cheeky? All advice welcome

Lowest price is whatever he accepts. He thinks it's worth 75k. What do you think it's worth, 10/20/30k? Start low, very low. If he needs to sell he will accept well below guide price as I bet few others bidding on it.
Never understood people who if offered site/house for say 200k offered 195k and delighted bid accepted.
Beware of Ghost bidders, if they still "exist". If he takes any bait, stick firm on price and dont bid against yourself.

I would guess if they dropped price that much they are actually interested in selling so as said go in very low. Its better to look cheeky with wads of cash left in YOUR pocket.
