Expansys.ie and Paypal

I'm looking at this phone on Expansys.ie I need the phone sharpish but my debit card isn't linked to Paypal yet and I face waiting a week or two for a statement to get the code I need to confirm. Would I be safe enough paying normally and not through Paypal? They seem like reputable site?
