    Hi,
I'm looking for some ideas for fairly easy 2 part hymns or pieces suitable for singing at Catholic mass. We've done some Liam Lawton but looking for a change without going back down the "walk in the light" route.
    Any ideas?

Have you heard "On Eagle's Wings?" Nice song. Also "It Is Well With My Soul" has some nice two-part back and forth in the refrain.

Are you talking about a worship band playing these, or hymns for the whole congregation to join in on?

Thanks for that T, we do "On Eagles Wings" already but I will try the other suggestion. It's a choir that will be playing and singing...the congregation aren't really keen on joining in down in this country parish! :)

You can also look around for easy arrangements of popular hymns; I know I've sung two-three part arrangements of "Come Thou Fount" and "Lo, How a Rose E'er Blooming." You could also look at canons/rounds. Tallis' canon is nice, we used to sing it at the end of rehearsal in a choir I was in.

I forgot to add Choral Wiki to my last post, here's a list of 2 part choral music. Perhaps a bit much to wade through, but there's a lot of great stuff there.

Try some David haas, he has some lovely stuff I used to use. You are mine is in in Caelo and is two part on the chorus. Only in god is another nice one by John Michael talbot
