Weird display issue with Chrome

I have gotten this a few times now at random.
I can scroll up and down, view source but if I refresh or try using the "inspect element" plug-in it refreshes and fixes itself.

Edit:

I'm using the EVIL theme.

It's a known Chrome bug.

Aye, it's a Chrome specific bug. They can reproduce and are now working on a fix apparently.
