    Please help. I'm a total novice so forgive me for asking a stupid question.

    How does one get music onto these? Im bamboozled.

    I have just pulled the manual for the Yarwik PMP400 (don't know if this is your model), it looks pretty straight forward to me: Connect the player and it should show up under removable devices. Now copy/paste or drag and drop you music and videos to the player.
