I changed timing belt, fan belt and tensioning bolt and greased with copper grease but while taking off going forward or in reverse while on full lock there is a grinding knocking noise when I rev the engine to pull off I can't find the problem please help

Check power steering fluid level, i'm assuming the pulley run by the auxillary belt is ok?
