New album out next month, really looking forward to it. I'm going to see them in October so it'll be good to see how the new material stands up live.

The first single "I Will Wait" is really good imo and has a similiar sound to the tracks on Sigh No More. Hopefully the rest of the album is as good.

Not mad about the first track on the first few listens but they and Two Door Cinema Club soundtracked my summer 2010 so looking forward to both new albums :D

Wouldn't call them Alternative or Indie at all, more like, middle class faux folk.

they could alt/indie in the style of the levellers if only they would switch away from their winning formula..talented musicians no doubt.

More of the same on first listen but that's a good thing for me.

I would have hoped for something different, instead of the same album again........

I love it. Gold as far as I'm concerned!

The bonus edition cover of The Boxer was unexpected but awesome.

Only listened in full once but the songs I really like were the ones I already knew from live performances (Lover of the lights, lovers eyes, broken crown, below my feet) but the rest of the album may grow on me. Seems to be much the same as the last one unfortunately. On a positive note The Boxer cover is great and some of these songs will be great to hear live too.

Does this really come under alt/indie?

In my opinion, I would say no.

Thought the first album was great, think this one isn't as good but if you like Mumford and Sons then you will enjoy it. Nothing to write home about though

Wow. As much as soundalike second albums happen. This is ridiculous. I've always liked the sound of the banjo, but I was sick of it after listening to this album. Very disappointed and was hoping they could switch it, even a little. Sadly not.

More so than it does any of the other music categories I would have thought

The thread's fine for alt/indie. Let's not get any more off-topic on it.

Very similar to the first album but I loved the first album anyway. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

    But don't clone it either.

Brother has been playing this album round the house. It's a carbon copy of the first album.

It's Belvoir Amphitheatre in Perth. Perfect size and the sound is excellent.
