C4 is on overdrive, along with the British news, about the upcoming games.

I know the ticket sales are great and the athletes are admirable, but I genuinely have zero interest in watching any of it. Hope that doesn't sound cruel, but its true.

Imagine we all started a thread on things we aren't interested in

Buy yeah, thanks for letting us know.

I started it to see if others felt the same.

Why bother replying if the thread is a waste of time?

I'm almost looking forward to it more than the regular Olympics.

Yes, a lot more than I usually would have. Thought it was great. Paralympics just not doing it for me.

Because I'm bored and have nothing better to do than point out the obvious.

I'm glad Channel 4 got the rights instead of Channel 5, would've been called Freaks Running Around or something.

I get where you are coming from but I do think it's nice for these people, to have these kind of opportunities to compete on a world stage. But, like anything, you dont have to tune in if you dont want to, and probably most people wont in all honesty.
