Mullaghanish power output?

After the close down of Analogue will the Saorview power output be increased from Mullaghanish or is what is coming off it now as good as it is going to be? I am preparing to install Saorsat but would much prefer Saorview to TV3/3e and as my TV's are Saorview compatible already. I suffer from severe wind turbine signal defraction and wonder if a stronger output from Mullaghanish would even be enough to deliver a stable picture which won't break up every 5 seconds.

More power wouldn't make any difference with that problem.
