Hi! I'm a third year student in Mater Dei Institute (a few minutes away from Pats!) and I'm moving into a gorgeous two bedroom flat off Clonliffe Road at the start of September. It's a two bedroom flat and I need a roomie! The bedroom is a double and a good size and the flat itself is very modern and comfortable. This would really suit anyone going to college around the area, particularly someone who likes their privacy and doesn't fancy sharing with 4 or 5 other people! I'm a friendly and easy going girl with an aversion to drama Rent is 500 euro per month (excluding bills). Worth it for the extra space and privacy! Lease is 12 months but negotiable.
