HELP ON SUSI NEEDED ASAP!!!!!!

When sending your documents to SUSI does it matter if you have all but one document included?? I have everything ready to post off, apart from my mams P21. We requested it from my local tax office over three weeks ago and still no sign,its ridiculous, and im starting to panic at this stage. I was wondering is it okay to…

I was wondering is it okay to send off the documents I have, and then forward on the P21 when it eventually arrives???
