Is there anyone here buying or after buying a house repossessed by GE money?

I am wondering what they are like to negotiate with?

Do they try and get a quick sale or are they happy enough to hold onto it until they get their asking price?

    Excuse my ignorance but explain?
Did you go directly to GE Money enquiring about properties on their books?

No it is been sold through an estate agent.

Im basically just wondering if anyone knows if they try and get a quick sale or or would they hold onto it indefinitely until they got the asking price?
