    Care to post a screen shot or the exact error message? Which PDF reader do you have installed? Adobe Reader?

    1) Very Embarrased face is ":" and "o", together. eg. : o ----> :o

    2) Screenshots in Vista/7/8 can be done with the Snipping Tool. Go to your Start menu and simply type in "Snip", and the program will appear in the jump list.

    3) I would suggest reinstalling your reader program. to do so go to http://get.adobe.com/reader - of all the sites I hate on this planet, it's the easiest to memorize phonetically. Oh, and uncheck the box that offers to install McAfee also: you do not want that.

    Don't get ahead of yourself... we don't know yet, whether it is Adobe Reader.
