    Hi i am having trouble registering. I can log into my UCD connect account but when i click on the SIS link it just shows me a log in screen and says nothing about registering. I have followed the video guides on this link
    http://www.ucd.ie/students/regvideo.html# and i get stuck when it gets to the second video called getting started as in the video it shows a page about terms of uses which did not come up for me. Thanks in advance for any advice.

    For UCD connect or SIS? As i did not register or SIS yet.

    Enter your student number/CAO number and password here

    SIS and UCD Connect require you to log into each. You can then register in the SIS pages.

    Is my SIS password the same as my UCD connect password?

    Think its last years video. They'd be better telling you to go to the UCD webpage and clicking on the Green SIS Web button on the lower right hand of the screen. I think they just want you to access UCD Connect first.

    To get the SIS Web button on the UCD Connect page click the Student Life tab and the SIS link is there.

    Thank you for your help but unfortunately i got blocked from The SIS link for clicking on it to many times when i was checking what to do. I have sent an email to the UCD student desk so hopefully i will be able to register later.

    Hi. Daughter starting ucd commerce and we having same issues re registration. logged into UCD connect but no luck with sis as just keeps showing a log in page. also is it after 3 working days or within 3 working days after accepting course to register online etc??? not very clear with tutorials and email received back gave link back to FAQ !!!!! any pointers or help greatly appreciated. thanks. dots

    An email went out to your ucd account today about this reg issue, have a read of that maybe?

    edit: just got another email saying the issue has been resolved.
