Windows 7 Irish Language Interface Pack: where are you downloading it?

    Can anybody download this?

    I google and get this page: Pacáiste Comhéadan Teanga Windows 7

    I click Íoslódáil 64bit at the bottom of the page. I am brought to this page: Download Centre and there is no information there about the Irish language interface pack.

    Anybody know how I can install it?
