DPC injection cream VS EO

Is the dpc injection cream much cheaper than EO and also does it work as well as they say. I think I have solid concrete walls but not sure, its a 1940's house. I would perfere the EO but because it runs off the electricity I wouldn't want the damp to come back If the house is ever going to be empty (in other words selling it without electricity being on cause not in the country).

    Advice please?

Specialist on site inspection necessary + consideration of other issues impacting the rising damp. In theory concrete is water proof..
