Replacing door hinges on oven

I reckon I need to replace the hinges on my Belling 786 oven. It's been loose closing for a while, and now hangs open by a good few centimetres. A bit of jimmying worked in the past, but now the left hinge is distorted to the extent that it's pushing apart the outer and inner parts of the door.

My question is: is this a simple fix for a non-pro with a decent screwdriver?

And any recommendations as to sourcing the hinges?

    Ta, lads!
