Fireball?

    Got a text from a friend who reckons he saw a Fireball about half an hour ago,Athlone direction. Anyone see anything?

    Reports of it being seen over Kildare too. Supposed to be huge.

    i saw this last night at approx 11.20pm over dundalk, i couldn`t believe it, it was the size of the moon at least and it was heading north, looked like it was going to crash just off the coast near gyles quey.

    it looked just like this, except bigger and brighter, it was amazing i wasn`t sure what it was until i researched it online, i actually thought it was a ufo hehe silly me, but it was actually just a fireball.

    it lasted about 5/10 seconds and was really close, the angle was quite steep so it was heading into the sea for sure. My iphone broke last week, otherwise i would of had footage of it :(((( i hope somebody else caught it.
