Hey,

I have full planning permission on a half acre site with plans final and I'm looking to get quotes from reputable builders in the Dublin/Wicklow area.

The house itself is a 2 storey, 2500 sq ft house and having received quotes today of min €120per sq ft, I feel some builders are away from reality!!

Any help/suggestions/recommendations will be greatly appreciated!
