What sat do i need to tune in for uk channles????

I have a free sat box and am using an old sky dish and am unsure which sat i need ( all the ones i seem to be able to tune in are mainly non english speaking)

You need the satellites located at 28 degrees east.

This site should be useful for aligning your dish: http://www.dishpointer.com

Just enter your location & select the appropriate satellite position.
