Accommodation?

Hi, me and 2 of my friends are going to Trinity next year :D and we have been house hunting for the past 3 days with no success.
Everywhere we looked have said they don't want students (lovely houses and all) and the places that do are a bit too rough.. and the student complexes are too expensive :(
Does anyone have any advice as to where to look for accommodation that will accept students? Preferably a house on a DART or bus route?

    Any help?

    Thank you in advance :p

Ugh, the horrendous chore that is looking for accommodation! :( not sure about other parts but have you looked in Drumcondra? I saw a few places on daft on and off, quite possibly gone by now though! plus it's quite a student area with all the colleges and not far from TCD on foot or one of the bus routes

Yeah, I've been looking there a lot, there are some really nice houses :) The ones that I've been in contact with though are looking for "families and professionals", guess I'll just have to keep on trying :P

Have you tried the TCD Noticeboard?
