BTEA Rates!

Hi,
Apologies in advance if I'm reposting this question but I've spent about 2 hours searching and found nothing. So here goes..

I've applied for the Back to Education Allowance and I'm wondering what are the rates paid? Is it the same as Job Seekers Allowance for those who are under the age of 23? (Under 23: €100 / Over 23: €188) I'm obviously in the under 23 bracket and wondering do I get reduced payment or the max of 188?

I've searched high and low and not for the life of me can I find an answer

BTEA, during the academic year, is paid at a standard rate matching the full JSA/JSB amount, presently €188.00 and would only be changed due to Budget changes.

The Back to Education Allowance is paid at a standard rate. This means, if you are getting a reduced rate of payment it is increased to the maximum standard rate of payment while you are getting BTEA.
