How to collect last JSA payment when you've signed off?

    Hi all,

    I'll receive the JSA every Tuesday but I'm signing off next Monday. Just wondering, what's the procedure for collecting this weeks money? As I'll be signing off from Monday so obviously won't be available to go to the post office Tuesday, won't be available til the Saturday to be honest.

    You can ask the office to post out your last payment to you.

    Thanks for that, so do I just phone my social welfare office or post office for that?

    Call in to them (local office) if you can,or write to them signing off and request last payment by cheque.
