Every morning I see a cyclist southbound in Julianstown on a road bike, in full gear, pumping away at a steady pace. My curiouslty is killing me - are you cycling to Dublin, if so, is it every day?

As a matter of interest, does anyone cycle from Drogheda to Dublin on workdays? How long does it take?

    Thanks

There's a few here who do Drogheda-Dublin daily. Sometimes they go around by Skerries/Rush for the extra spin. :)

    .........and return by Naul/Duleek!

    What time?

I'm usually rolling through Julianstown any time between 6:00am to 6:30am at the moment.

It could be me, especially if by "pumping away at a steady pace" you mean slogging!!

There's a few others do the trip too.

Usually see him around 8am - I'm in the car (I know!) so I'll beep tomorrow morning!

Not to worry, just curious if this guy was cycling to Dublin, and if so was it everyday (there and back)

I do that spin regularly (but certainly not every day!) if anyone else is doing it would be good to get some company an odd time. Normally leave @ 715am arrive city 9ish depending on wind 545-730pm evenings. It beats using Irish rail, gauranteed a seat!

I have just started to cycle from Rush into work near Parnell Square. I leave the house at 7.30am and am at the Donabate exit of the M1 at around 7.50am. If anyone is passsing by this way from the Drogheda direction it would be good to meet up to finish the spin into town. I go at a speed of about 26-27km an hour so its not to taxing.
