    Dear

Welcome to Trinity College Dublin. We have invested in a brand new student information system which is designed to support you during your time in College. It will be accessible to all students and staff via our web portal my.tcd.ie in due course. In advance of the portal opening you will be provided with the relevant login details via email.

You may have recently received a welcome letter from Trinity College Dublin via email. If this email contained an attachment with reference to Rosy Carsick, please ignore this attachment as it is in respect of a dummy student record and exists purely for system testing purposes.

I have included below some important information you will need.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW NOW?

    - All students must have accepted the offer of a course in order to proceed with registration. Please note if you are a CAO applicant, you must accept your course offer via the CAO by the relevant reply date.

    - If you wish to apply for accommodation in TCD, you must use your TCD student ID No. presented above.

    COLLEGE ORIENTATION - IMPORTANT

Some students may have to complete specific tasks before they can proceed with the on-line registration process. Full details of these tasks and the College Orientation Programme may be found at www.tcd.ie/orientation.

    FURTHER ASSISTANCE

If you have any queries or require assistance, you can contact the Academic Registry Help Line (Monday - Friday). Email: academic.registry@tcd.ie; Telephone: +353 (0) 1 896 4500.

I wish you every success in your future studies.

    Yours faithfully,
