Is there anyway to avoid Newlands Cross when coming in the Naas road heading to Sandyford in the mornings? Thanks

Come off at Kingswood and nip down the Outer Ring Road to Tallaght?
Not sure if you'd save too much time though.

Yep. Turn off at kingswood, down outer ringroad to N81. Turn left and follow to M50 junction at Tallaght.

Not sure if you would save much time, you still have a few sets of lights.

As they said above, but turn off at the luas junction to the right and go straight down to m50 at ballymount.

Good suggestion, but would it not be turn LEFT at luas junction, all the way to M50 at Ballymount ?

You could also take the slip road to newcastle and turn right at top for saggart & head over to the blessington rd ??
