hey i'm thinking of attending Carlow college but i like the facilities in Carlow IT but i never applied for it, would I still be able to use IT's facilties such as the

No sorry. Facilities are for current staff and students of the IT only. It's a bit like UCD students thinking they could use Trinity's or DCU's facilities.
