    It's likely that the filter inside the shower is blocked. Especially if you are having limescale trouble. Turn off the power to the unit, remove the screws on the top and bottom and the filter is located at the bottom left of the shower as you look in to it. You will probably need a pliers to open the filter as it can be quite tight to open. Just remove this and clean it out and then put it all back together it should be fine.

    Is the water feed coming straight from the tank in the attick without anything else using that feed?

    Check all valves are fully open and as previous poster said check filter
