Fogs for vw caddy question

Lads just wondering does anybody know much about switches for front fog lights on a vw caddy 2010. I know theres switch from vw thats 90 euro not too sure if its worth getting though as a lot of people seem to be wiring fogs into the parkin lights has anybody any info on this??

Wiring fogs into the parking lights is dumb and you won't pass a doe

I didnt know that it would you fail a doe if it's wired into parking lights I'll have to look into getting this switch so cheers for reply

it very easy to wired up fog light it like wired up spot light on a bull bar on a jeep you can get wired kit for a motor factors for about 20 euro . do some google and you will see how it work.you can have a switch on dash turn them on or off. it is diy job it you have the time
