How much per acre would be the going rate for some nice grazing? I have a few acres which have great grass which need to be grazed off.

Too many variables there to be accurate
biggest factor is do you want money or he want grass more
good grass is how many months growth
    how dry is ground?
    Your not talking massive money

Its great grass and dry land and its well fenced. 2-250, wow I didnt think it would be that much.

Its not so much for the money as to keep the place in good nick (but money would be good). I dont have enough stock to keep the grass down and not in a position to buy more at the moment.

It was fertilised earlier in the year and silage cut off it in mid july. Its grown very well since then.

I think its kinda impossible to answer. It all depends how much its worth to your neighbour, and how much its worth to you to get the field cleaned off.
The numbers I always heard for (unfertilized) second cut silage was ~70 euro / acre. Working from this figure, you would think 20-25/acre would be very high for one grazing?

    Land has clover in it.
