    Hey guys,

Does anyone know if there's a Traditional Music Society in DCU or if there are any sessions any time? I can't find any mention of any!

There is a Trad group as part of Music Soc, who will be meeting together when college starts back, and will be welcoming new members also. If you join Music Soc on clubs and socs day, you'll get emails telling you exactly what is going on. :)

heya doin. i'll be looking after the trad band in DCU for the 2012/2013 semesters. you're going to have to join the music soc on clubs and socs day and i will be sending out an e-mail around that time looking for players to join the group. we do sessions and a couple of gigs throughout the year and we practice usually every monday evening but i havent booked anything yet so that can change if it doesnt suite the majority of the players.

just out of my own curiosity what instrument do you play?

Actually, would I have to join the trad band or could I just come along to any sessions?
