Air Con/Climate Control Repair Midlands/Kildare Area

    Hey all have a 2008 Mondeo Titanium X and the climate control just stopped working(from reading forums its a common problem but my exact symptoms are slightly different) , it just makes a strange sound when I turn it on and doesn't blow out air that matches the temperature so just wondering if anyone has experience of this and could maybe recommend an auto electrician that could rectify it in the Midlands area. It may need a refill but I have no idea if that would sort it. I will go to main dealer only if I have to. Many thanks.

    turns out the compressor is faulty, can these be fixed or are they a throw away unit?
